Accounts and Membership

Prohibited Uses

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah, United States.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Utah.
Waiver of Jury Trial: You waive your right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
